ApexRigWorks operates as a custom desktop hardware assembly brand based in the United Kingdom. All transactions, product prices, and shipping quotes are processed in GBP (£). We strictly cater to and deliver to residential and commercial addresses within the UK Mainland only. We reserve the absolute right to cancel and immediately refund any order placed from outside the United Kingdom.

2. Accuracy of System Specifications & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, component specifications, and benchmarks (FPS estimates) are completely accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors or component availability issues at any time. In the event that a PC is purchased under an incorrect price or specification, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund before dispatch.

This includes, but is not limited to, transactions flagged by our payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe) as Medium or High Risk for fraud, stolen credit card use, or chargeback abuse.

Our 90-day hardware warranty covers physical, internal computer components only. ApexRigWorks provides zero software warranties. We are legally not responsible for game-side updates, server lag, individual video game optimization issues, system crashes caused by user-installed software/mods, or Windows configuration changes made by the buyer after delivery.

5. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you hardware or services shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this storefront will be handled exclusively under UK court jurisdiction.
